This is a mint Porcelain Christmas Card made by Villeroy & Boch. Called a VilboCard.
This card is made so that it can be mailed and the recipient can then hang it on the tree or wall as a nice decorative plaque as the back has a hanger that can be used to hang this plaque.
This card is called Saint Nicholas and shows Santa on a sled being assisted by 2 small angels.
It has the numbers of A 2/1-82.

Measures about 4 1/4" by 5 3/4".
