This is FRED BASSET Cartoon.
Alex Graham was born in Glasgow, served in the Argyll & Sutherlands during the War, and in 1945 produced his first comic strip - Wee Hughie. He worked on comic strips for most of his life and in 1963 his creation FRED BASSET for the Daily Mail ensured his fame.
It is signed on the lower right and has the artist's correction notes here. It has a verso from The Cartoon Galleria in Sacramento stamped on the reverse.
Condition is good for commercial artwork of this nature.
There are instructions in pencil on the front. The reverse is clean with metal frame/wire and ready to hang..
