It is a heavy, clear, high quality figurine designed by Art Vannes Le Chatel Glassworks from their animal figurine collection. It is hand blown, 24% lead crystal. The piece has uplifted wings and a tail. Smooth, soft rounded form. There is no signature or sticker but made for Princess House (Item #458) in France.
