What if I need to return an item?
If your purchase doesn't fit or you wish to return it for any reason email us within 48 hours of receiving it. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. The RAN must appear on the outside of the package. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) less 15% restocking fee will be issued once the item is received back and inspected. All tags must be attached and it must be received in the same condition as it was sent to you. Item must be sent back within 48 hours of the RAN being issued. You can return it via USPS First Class or Priority Mail at your cost.
